The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Accounting was established on August 8, 2000, based on the Decree of the Minister of National Education No: 126/D/2000. It is currently led by Dr. Sri Dewi Anggadini, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA, as the Head of the Study Program. The curriculum of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Accounting has been designed using an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach to shape the character of accountants who are proficient in accounting hard skills, excel in soft skills, and uphold high ethical standards and behavior.

The learning process is carried out by permanent lecturers who hold doctoral degrees (Ph.D.) from reputable universities and possess extensive practical experience in accounting. The teaching method emphasizes Student-Centered Learning, where students are positioned as active learners and lecturers act as learning facilitators. This approach is intended to enhance students’ understanding and learning experience.

Teaching and learning activities are part of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) and are supported by highly adequate and strong infrastructure and facilities.

Graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Accounting have career opportunities as Public Accountants, Management Accountants, Public Sector Accountants, Academic Accountants, and Consultants (in Taxation, Information Systems, Finance), as well as Entrepreneurs, depending on their areas of interest within the accounting field.
