VISION Bachelor of Accounting Departement

To be an excellent Accounting Study Program that produces bachelors in Accounting with strong and solid  Accounting Competencies based on the Information Communication and Technology, equipped with entrepreneurship spirit as well as global insights.

MISSION Bachelor of Accounting Departement

1. To administer a modern education program built upon the national and international quality standards which are dynamic in field of ICT-based Accounting, entrepreneurship spirit and global insights that produces bachelors in Accounting with strong dedication, respected morals, high sense of independence, and adaptability in the changing environments founded upon the UNIKOM’s Organizational Culture (also known as PIQIE, namely: Professionalism, Integrity, Quality, Information Technology, Excellence), by optimizing the resources efficiently, effectively and productively.
2. To conduct quality research with high applicability and innovation to develop knowledge and solve problems in the field of Accounting within the corridors of the UNIKOM PIQIE Organizational Culture.
3. To perform the community service in accordance with the ICT-based Accounting disciplines and scholarship inspired by the spirit of entrepreneurship founded upon the UNIKOM PIQIE Organizational Culture for addressing and resolving the problems in the community.
4. To establish networks and cooperation with various parties at national and international scopes in education, research and community service that are supportive to the independence of the Accounting study program.

GOAL Bachelor of Accounting Departement

1. To improve the quality of Accounting graduates who are competent, professional, independent, ethical, capable, trusted in the field of ICT-based Accounting equipped with entrepreneurial spirit, a global outlook, and devotion to the Supreme God.
2. To improve the competencies, abilities, and professionalism of the faculty members in the field of Accounting.
3. To enhance the quality of learning activities in accordance with the development of Accounting scholarship, research, and best practices.
4. To improve the quality of governance of the S1 Accounting Study Program to produce Good University Governance.
5. To improve the student competencies in carrying out research with solid and sound theoretical bases with creative and innovative edge in the field of Accounting.
6. To improve the quality and quantity of the research of the faculty members with high applicability and innovation  in the field of Accounting.
7. To increase the student engagement and abilities to perform community service activities in the field of ICT-based Accounting inspired by the spirit of entrepreneurship.
8. To enhance the quality of community service of the faculty members that is in accordance with the ICT-based Accounting disciplines and research to contribute  to the improvement of the community welfare.
9. To develop strategic and synergetic cooperation with other parties to support the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education and to increase the employability of the Accounting graduates.
